About this Fellowship
The SELI is an intensive, eight-week summer internship for students interested in advancing racial equity and improving education
The SELI provides an eight-week internship, stipend, and training for highly motivated and diverse students with a passion for racial equity to develop as leaders, engage in their communities, and learn about contemporary education issues. Students participate in an internship with a non-profit organization, state agency, or school district. Participants also receive career coaching, mentorship, and networking and practical skill-building opportunities.
