NAACP Agnes Jones Jackson Scholarship
This scholarship is for students under age 25 who are members of the NAACP, in honor of Agnes Jones Jackson. Awardees receive a scholarship of $2,000.

This scholarship provides funding to Black male students interested in pursuing a career in the fields of engineering, chemistry, physics, and/or mathematical sciences.
Deadlines are typically in May, but be sure to check the competition website for the current cycle’s deadline.
Each year the NAACP offers need-based and merit scholarships to outstanding and qualified Black students pursuing undergraduate and graduate degrees as part of their Inspire Initiatives program.
NAACP membership and participation is highly desirable, but not required. Students must demonstrate financial need.
Awardees receive a scholarship of $3,000.
