NIH: Administrative Supplements to NIGMS Predoctoral Training Grants for Career Curriculum Development (Admin Supp)PA-16-133The National Institute of General Medical Sciences (NIGMS) announces the availability of funds for Administrative Supplements to NIGMS-funded predoctoral T32 training grants. These funds are designed to provide support for the development and implementation of curricular activities aimed at broadening training to better prepare students for research careers in a variety of venues, such as industry, government, or entrepreneurial enterprises.
Applicants must have an NIGMS-funded predoctoral T32 training grant that will be active at least through June 30, 2018. For institutions with 2 or more NIGMS predoctoral training grants, it is expected that faculty on these grants will cooperate and collaborate to develop curricula that are broadly applicable to trainees at their institution.
USC may only submit one application in response to this program announcement. Your application submission MUST be coordinated with the Office of the Vice President for Research. Please send a two page abstract via email to Richard White (whitejrw@mailbox.sc.edu) by April 18, 2016. In addition to the 2-page abstract, you should also submit a biosketch for the PI.
