DOE: ADVANCED MANUFACTURING PROJECTS FOR EMERGING RESEARCH EXPLORATION DE‐FOA‐0001465The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy
(EERE) Advanced Manufacturing Office (AMO) partners with industry, small business,
universities, and other stakeholders to identify and invest in emerging technologies with
the potential to create high‐quality domestic manufacturing jobs, increase energy
efficiency, productivity, and enhance the global competitiveness and energy
independence and security of the United States and its manufacturing sector. To
accomplish this, AMO supports a targeted technology portfolio that accelerates
research, development, demonstration, and deployment of these emerging
technologies.
Note that a cost share requirement of at least 20% of the total allowable costs for research and
development projects must be included.
USC may only submit one Concept Paper and one Full Application for each of the three Topic Areas--Advanced Materials, Advanced Processes, and Modeling and Analysis Tools for Materials and Manufacturing--in response to this program announcement.
