DOS: FY 2017 Alumni Thematic International Exchange Seminars (TIES)ECA-ECAPA-17-001The Office of Alumni Affairs of the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA) announces an open competition for the administration of the FY 2017 Thematic International Exchange Seminars (TIES). U.S. public and private non-profit organizations meeting the provisions described in Internal Revenue Code section 26 USC 501(c)(3) may submit proposals to conduct approximately eight to ten regional or sub-regional enrichment seminars for U.S. government-sponsored people-to-people exchange program alumni.
USC may only submit one application in response to this program announcement. Your application submission MUST be coordinated with the Office of the Vice President for Research. Please send a two page abstract via email to Richard White (whitejrw@mailbox.sc.edu) by March 13, 2018. In addition to the 2-page abstract, you should also submit a biosketch for the PI.
