NSF: ADVANCE: Organizational Change for Gender Equity in STEM Academic Professions (ADVANCE) NSF 20-554

This program seeks.. to enhance the systemic factors that support equity and inclusion and to mitigate the systemic factors that create inequities in the academic profession and workplaces.

There are three program tracks:The Institutional Transformation (IT) track, The Adaptation track, and The Partnership track.

U of SC can submit one proposal to IT-Preliminary, Adaptation, OR Catalyst track.

Your application submission MUST be coordinated with the Office of the Vice President for Research. Please send a two page abstract via email to Richard White (whitejrw@mailbox.sc.edu) by June 7, 2021. In addition to the 2-page abstract, you should also submit a biosketch for the PI.
