The purpose of this Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) is to establish up to 10 centers (maximum one in each U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) region) for public health preparedness and response (PHPR). The goal is to increase the use of evidence-based strategies and interventions (EBSIs) to improve PHPR in line with the needs of the communities involved.

Limited submissions MUST be coordinated with the Office of the Vice President for Research.
