CDC:Using Longitudinal Data to Characterize the Natural History of Fragile X Syndrome to Improve Services and Outcomes RFA-DD-15-003

The purpose of this FOA is to contribute to the understanding of the natural history of fragile X syndrome (FXS) across the lifespan, explore effective strategies to increase participation in the longitudinal database for minority, underserved, and adults living with FXS, and test approaches to measure cognitive and behavioral function in the FXS population.

USC may only submit one application in response to this program announcement. Applications must designate a PI. Applications may designate co-PIs, however, the first PI listed will be the designated PI and official “contact PI” for all
correspondence. Applicants can apply for more than one component. If applying for more than one component, a separate application for each
component is required.

Your application submission MUST be coordinated with the Office of the Vice President for Research. Please send a two page abstract via email to Richard White (whitejrw@mailbox.sc.edu) by January 16, 2015. In addition to the 2-page abstract, you should also submit a biosketch for the PI.
