Call for Proposals

Have an idea to share? Submit your proposal to present at the USC EdTech Symposium and contribute to a dynamic program that highlights innovation, research and real-world impact in educational technology.

Vendor Concurrent Sessions

Industry partners are invited to submit proposals for vendor concurrent sessions that contribute to meaningful dialogue and shared learning across the higher education community. These sessions are an opportunity to highlight your organization’s perspective on emerging trends, challenges and innovations shaping the future of technology in higher education.

Proposals should focus on thought leadership, product evolution, and how your solutions address real institutional needs. Strong submissions will include real-world use cases, client collaborations, lessons learned and measurable outcomes. Sessions should provide actionable insights and practical value for attendees, rather than serving as a sales presentation.

Proposals that feature joint presentations with institutional partners, demonstrate alignment with the themed tracks and higher education priorities and offer forward-looking perspectives on AI, data and analytics, digital transformation, student success and campus technology are especially encouraged. Content should be educational, engaging and designed to foster discussion and knowledge exchange.

University Concurrent Sessions

Faculty, staff and higher education professionals are invited to submit proposals for concurrent sessions that showcase innovative practices, real-world implementations and lessons learned across the higher education landscape. These sessions are designed to highlight peer-driven insights and practical strategies that attendees can take back to their own institutions.

Proposals should focus on areas such as teaching and learning innovation, AI and emerging technologies, data and analytics, student success, digital transformation and campus operations. Sessions should emphasize outcomes, impact and actionable takeaways rather than theory alone. Presenters are encouraged to share successes, challenges and what they would do differently to foster meaningful discussion and learning.

Poster Sessions

The poster session provides an opportunity to share emerging ideas, pilot projects, research and innovative concepts in a more informal, interactive format. This is an ideal venue for highlighting work in progress, early findings or creative approaches that benefit from one-on-one engagement and discussion.

Submissions from across the institution, including faculty, staff and student collaborators are welcome. Posters should clearly communicate the problem, approach and potential impact, while encouraging conversation and feedback from attendees. This format is especially well-suited for showcasing innovative thinking and fostering new connections across institutions.
