This handbook is designed to help those seeking a career in the field of medicine to plan your program of study while at UofSC and guide you through the application and admission process of medical school.
The competitive med school applicant needs strong grades and MCAT scores, but also the qualities of compassion, leadership, teamwork, maturity and confidence. Office of Pre-Professional and Graduate Advising has created an easy to use document with all USC course numbers to help you easily find and sign up for these classes. We have updated the courses to include the new requirements for the 2015 MCAT.

The MedView Shadowing Program is sponsored by USC's Office of Pre-Professional and Graduate Advising to give students the opportunity to shadow a physician in a professional setting. Shadowing assists students in making more knowledgeable choices concerning careers following graduations.
