For Student Organizations
The process begins with the Russell House Space Lottery.
- Log in to 25 Live with your USC network ID (that’s your email without the @mailbox.sc.edu) and password.
- Look for the ‘Create an Event’ button in the middle of the screen. Fill out the web form completely and click 'save'.
- We review each request and will get back to you within three business days. If you need to make a change to your request or have any questions in the meantime, you may contact the Russell House Event Services Office at sareserv@mailbox.sc.edu or call 803-777-8182.
For University Departments
The process begins the day following the Russell House Space Lottery.
- Log in to 25 Live with your USC network ID (that’s your email without the @mailbox.sc.edu) and password.
- Look for the ‘Create an Event’ button in the middle of the screen. Fill out the web form completely and click 'save'. If you do not see the ‘Create an Event’ button, please contact Russell House Event Services Office at sareserv@mailbox.sc.edu or call 803-777-8182 so we may walk you through the process of getting an authorized requestor account.
- We review each request and will get back to you within three business days. If you need to make a change to your request or have any questions in the meantime, you may contact the Russell House Event Services Office using the aforementioned contact information.
Changing or Canceling a Reservation
Once an event is requested, only the Event Services office may edit that request. If you need to make any changes or cancel an event, please let us know.
