Graduate Student Travel Procedure

 

  1. Complete the Travel Request/Approval Form.
  2. Contact the graduate director to discuss possibility of travel.   If the graduate director approves the trip, he/she will contact the chair for final approval.
  3. Submit the completed and signed travel request form to the program coordinator.
  4. Upon your return, submit the following receipts to the program coordinator:  airline ticket(s), lodging, conference registration (if applicable)
  5. Program coordinator will contact you for signature on your Travel Reimbursement Voucher.  Note:  Checks will be mailed to the address included on the travel request form.
