Biography

I received my Ph.D. in statistics from the University of Missouri in 2006 and worked as a research fellow at the National Institutes of Environmental Health Sciences for two years. I joined the Department of Statistics at the University of South Carolina in August 2008. 

My research focuses on developing innovative methodological approaches to analyze complicated data arising in epidemiological, environmental health, biological, chemical and medical studies. My interests include survival analysis, longitudinal data analysis, Bayesian computing and statistical applications.
