The University of South Carolina's budget process is a comprehensive planning effort representative of the vision of the university to provide research, teaching and service for the citizens of the state of South Carolina.
The process involves participation, beginning at the department level, and communication with all system institutions to develop budgets which will reflect the investments identified to enhance our academic reputation, benefit our students and contribute to the economic and societal health of our state.
