Secure Transcripts

The Registrar’s Office accepts official, secure transcripts via three methods of delivery:

  • US Mail

  • Electronic Services
    Many institutions use a third-party (Parchment, Student Clearinghouse, etc.) to electronically and securely send official transcripts to our office at this email address: transfer@sc.edu

  • Hand Delivery
    A stamped, sealed, and unopened envelope containing an official transcript can be hand delivered to Client Services:
