To complete the State Certification, follow these steps:

You can sign your State Certification in Self Service Carolina.

1. Select "Financial Aid".
2. Select "Award" and then "Award for Aid Year".
3. Select "USC Sumter" for the campus.
4. Select the appropriate aid year.
5. Click on the “Terms and Conditions” tab.
6. Read, accept, and submit your decision.
