Background
Stephanie Richards is the manager of planning and technology for the Office of Student Services. A native of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, she began her higher education career with the College of Hospitality, Retail and Sport Management in 2012.
In her role, Richards' duties include oversight of daily operations, management of the advising calendar, implementation of student services technologies and liaising with student support offices. She is a member of the USC Advising Technology Committee and formerly served as co-chair.
Her dedication to the college was recognized in 2019 when she was honored with the HRSM Staff Member of the Year Award. In 2024, Stephanie was elected as a USC Staff Senator where she serves on the Membership Committee.
