Help Transform Medical Education Through AI Innovation

Open to all M2 students at USC SOMC

Participate in a MEDRI-approved pilot study comparing a customized curriculum-aligned ChatGPT-based “study buddy” with usual study methods during pathology SDL. Engage critically with both approaches across two cases, provide brief reflections, and contribute to research shaping the future integration of AI in medical education.

AI Ethics in Medicine and Law Symposium

On Friday, Jan. 9, School of Medicine Columbia faculty and students took part in a symposium at the Joseph F. Rice School of Law to discuss how artificial intelligence is transforming the fields of medicine and law. The event featured over a dozen speakers, live AI demonstrations and panels to bring together physicians, legal scholars, ethicists, and students to discuss the promises of AI in professional practice.

An AI in Research Seminar Series will take place as part of the Biomedical Sciences Seminar Series from 12-1pm in B67 classroom in Building 3 on the VA campus.
