Academic Peer Mentorship

Academic Peer Mentors discuss majors, academic opportunities, coursework, transition to college, campus resources, procedures, and other essential information for student success. All Academic Peer Mentors work with Academic Advisors and/or a college contact to offer undergraduate students comprehensive and streamlined academic support. 

To foster academic and personal connections between students, this website was designed to be a central hub for current and future academic peer mentorship programs throughout campus.  

In order to elevate students’ voices and meet their academic needs in a new way with peer mentors, Student Government works alongside the University Advising Center and every College or School to advocate for campus peer mentorship programs. Student Government hopes that this collaborative work will help promote connectivity and leadership across campus.
