The Salkehatchie Scholars Honors Program (SSHP) is a two-year honors program through the University of South Carolina Salkehatchie. Each year, a cohort of 25 students from USC Salkehatchie’s five-county service area (Allendale, Bamberg, Barnwell, Colleton, and Hampton counties) will be selected to participate in the honors program. Acceptance into the program is competitive. Not all students who apply will be accepted.
Requirements
- LIFE or Palmetto Fellows Scholarship recipient
- Graduate from a school in the Salkehatchie region
- Complete the Salkehatchie Scholars application
