Background

Harry received his Bachelor of Arts degree from South Carolina State University and has done further studies at several other universities in the state.

Harry was employed by the Department of Social Services for four years, Representative for Horace Mann Insurance Company for fourteen years, teacher for the Sumter School District for fourteen years, and worked as an appraiser for the Sumter County Assessor's Office for four years. He has enjoyed all of his jobs and is looking forward to working with the OSP students.

Harry is married and has one daughter and two granddaughters. His hobbies are fishing, gardening, traveling and spending time with his granddaughters.
