Background
Albert brings over 25 years of field experience as an Operational Strategist that has been recognized for achieving double digit revenue growth by developing fluid, achievable and measurable business and marketing plans that inspire excitement and ensure accountability. His realm of experience includes, but is not limited to, improving sales and operational performance, creating a sense of urgency and ownership, employee coaching and development, building effective and productive teams, maintaining a high level of customer and employee satisfaction. Work experience includes BellSouth Telecommunication (Carrier, Residential and Business markets), Time Warner Cable (Business Class) and a Franchise Business Owner for Employee Staffing.
After 25 years in corporate America, Albert is currently living one of his childhood dreams as a South Carolina State Trooper. This assignment requires him to protect and serve the citizens and visitors of South Carolina. He and his peers' primary responsibility is traffic and highway law enforcement.
Albert's educational background includes:
Master of Business Administration from Winthrop University, Rock Hill, South Carolina
Bachelor of Science in Business Administration – Marketing Concentration from the University of South Carolina, Columbia, South Carolina
Two Associate Degrees from the University of South Carolina Lancaster, Lancaster,
South Carolina to include an Associate in Science and an Associated in Science in
Criminal Justice.
During his tenure in the USC System Albert had the honor to serve as and/or receive:
- President of Student Body – USC Lancaster
- Presidential Intern for the Office of the President in Columbia
- Recipient of several award to include:
- Don Dixon Tennis Scholarship at USCL
- Outstanding Black Student Award/Scholarship
- Clara P. Hammond Award
